Yes I know if I was a true nerd, I would have the wide screen version. Well *phhbt*. I have a shit 19" TV and widescreen just annoys the hell out of me on it. If I had a spiffy plasma though... hehehe :) Someday, when I've won the lottery.

but once you get yoru new tv (which will be mandated in 2008 by the FCC)
all of your full screen dvd's will suck
besides, you get the extra 'wide' footage.
and the black bars can't annoy you much, there's alot of tv shows that are doing that..
but i guess these are dorky tv shows where you learn something..
